Kiko Loureiro is widely regarded as one of the most accomplished rock and metal guitarists of his generation. Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1972, he first gained international recognition as the lead guitarist for the Brazilian power metal band Angra, then later became the lead guitarist for Megadeth from 2015 to 2023.
